Provider Routing
FluxPlay Self-Hosted libraries keep the ordered provider chain for each library. When FluxPlay Cloud cache is enabled, Cloud first filters providers through its media-group matrix and then honors the ordered hints supplied by self-hosted.
Library Order
- 1. Each library keeps its own metadata and image provider order
- 2. Movies, TV, books, and music can use different chains
- 3. Local credentials remain the fallback path when Cloud misses
Cloud Matrix
- 1. Tabs: Movies, TV Shows, Books, Music
- 2. Sections: Metadata Providers and Image Fetchers
- 3. Each provider row is enabled or disabled only
Request Flow
- 1. Cloud cache checks the allowed providers for that media group
- 2. Cloud tries providers in the order supplied by self-hosted
- 3. If Cloud is unavailable or misses, self-hosted falls back locally
